We have been chosen by our lovely client to carry out this project.  It was a challenge to us to complete the whole refurbishment within the limits of time during the low season (May to September).  But, we had good coordination from parties for the transforming of the hotel, and definitely able to get everything completed for the re-opening before the high season in October.  

Our scope includes Guest rooms refurbishment, New swimming pools connected to the guest room (pool-access room) , new main kitchen and restaurant, New signature beachfront swimming pool, New Kids club,  Landscape improvement, and facilities for the future expansion hotel ( La Rosa ).
